Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe.

Displacement Labs does not directly collect or store full credit card numbers, banking credentials, or complete payment card details. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

Public charting-platform username

We collect your public charting-platform username only so we can manually grant access to invite-only scripts.

We do not collect your password.

We do not ask for or collect:

  • Account passwords

  • exchange login credentials

  • brokerage login credentials

  • crypto wallet seed phrases

  • private keys

  • API keys

  • custody permissions

  • remote account access

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • process subscriptions

  • grant script access

  • manage billing and account status

No online system is perfectly secure, but Displacement Labs does not request or store high-risk credentials such as passwords, private keys, seed phrases, exchange logins, or brokerage logins.

Users may contact Displacement Labs to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and operational recordkeeping requirements.
