Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Displacement Labs subscriptions.
Subscription Billing
Displacement Labs subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
Customers are charged based on the subscription plan selected at checkout.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
To cancel, use the Stripe customer portal if available or contact billing@displacementlabs.com from the email used at checkout.
After cancellation, access will generally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
At the end of the billing period, script access may be removed.
Refunds
Because Displacement Labs provides digital software access, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds may be considered in limited cases, including:
duplicate payment
accidental duplicate subscription
billing error
failure by Displacement Labs to grant access after receiving correct customer information
other exceptional circumstances reviewed case by case
No Partial Billing Period Refunds
Displacement Labs does not generally provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Incorrect Charting Platform Username
Customers are responsible for providing the correct public charting platform username.
If an incorrect username is provided, contact support@displacementlabs.com so access can be corrected.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, access may be paused or removed until billing is resolved.
Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback may result in immediate suspension or removal of access while the payment dispute is reviewed.
